Driving System for Blushless DCMotor on Electric Vehicles Based on Hall Sensors
In recent years, the energy crisis and environmental pollution is becoming more serious, green environmentally friendly Electric Vehicles are bound to become the first choice for future transport. As Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) has both advantages of AC motors and DC motors, it is widely used on Electric Vehicles. On these occasions, there are frequent operations，such as acceleration, deceleration, starting and stopping, so the motor and the control system should have a good performance. Our driving system uses a two-stage converter topology. The latter three-phase inverter bridge achieves the function of electronic commutation, while the former bi-directional DC-DC converter achieves the functions of speed control and energy feeding-back braking. We designed the software part of the control system based on the ARM7 of Aduc7026, and completed the whole system.
