  基于有Hall传感器的直流无刷电机的电动车辆驱动系统

  在能源危机、环境污染越发严重的今天,无刷直流电机以电子换向代替电刷机械换向,具有交流电机和直流电机的诸多优点,将成为绿色环保的电动车辆的首选。本系统针对这种存在着频繁启、制动的应用场合开发了一套无刷直流电机的驱动系统。该系统采用两级变换器的拓扑结构,后级三相逆变桥实现电子换相的功能,前级双向直流变换器实现调速和能量回馈制动的控制功能。基于Aduc7026控制器设计了控制系统软件,组成完整可靠的系统。

  Driving System for Blushless DCMotor on Electric Vehicles Based on Hall Sensors

  In recent years, the energy crisis and environmental pollution is becoming more serious, green environmentally friendly Electric Vehicles are bound to become the first choice for future transport. As Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) has both advantages of AC motors and DC motors, it is widely used on Electric Vehicles. On these occasions, there are frequent operations,such as acceleration, deceleration, starting and stopping, so the motor and the control system should have a good performance. Our driving system uses a two-stage converter topology. The latter three-phase inverter bridge achieves the function of electronic commutation, while the former bi-directional DC-DC converter achieves the functions of speed control and energy feeding-back braking. We designed the software part of the control system based on the ARM7 of Aduc7026, and completed the whole system.
