数字式扫频分析仪

　　数字式扫频分析仪采用DDS(直接数字合成信号发生器)作为频率源，DSP、FPGA进行控制的全数字频率特性测试仪。该仪器提供了简单而功能明晰的前面板、按键、旋钮及屏幕中文菜单方便操作;采用分辨率为800*480的TFT作为图形显示界面，并可通过VGA扩展接口在支持800*600的VGA显示器上同步显示。可直接显示标记频率位置的频率值、幅度值和相位值。

　　本仪器可完成20Hz~120Mhz任意频率段的频率扫描功能，可以完成幅频特性和相频特性的测量。扫频方式可设置线性与点频两种方式，扫描时间可设等。

　　Digital Spectrum Analyzer is a digital tester of frequency characteristics which use DDS (direct digital synthesizer signal generator) as the frequency source, and DSP, FPGA as the controller. The instrument provides a simple and clear front panel features, buttons, knobs and Chinese menu display to facilitate operation; adopt a resolution of 800 * 480 TFT as graphics display interface, and can be simultaneously displayed in a VGA screen supporting a resolution of 800 * 600. The frequency, the amplitude and phase information can be shown directly in the location of the tag frequency.

　　The instrument can scan frequency in any frequency band of 20Hz ~ 120Mhz, you can do measurement of amplitude and phase frequency characteristics. Linear sweep mode can be set in two ways of point frequency or linear frequency scan, and scan time can be set so.
